ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or times of unusually high order volume.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 6–9 business days
• Canada: 6–12 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

DELAYS
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Customs inspections
• Severe weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Public holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Transportation disruptions
Nuevota is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for complying with all local import regulations and requirements.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Nuevota is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Nuevota is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or household members.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that delivery arrangements can be completed successfully.
